Third Eye - Silver and synthetic sapphire ring

This is weighty (11g) and wobbly and wonderful. 

I'm going to say it's a size R.  The band isn't a perfect circle (yay) so it's hard to be exact. 

The band itself is about 3mm round.  The top 'blob' rises about 7mm and is about a 1cm circle. 

Three clear synthetic sapphires have been bead set onto the face and sides.  5mm, 4mm, 2mm.
