Juicy - 18k gold plated sterling silver and synthetic sapphires pendant necklace

I know it's a funny name but this piece reminds me of a watermelon.  Yummy.  Not really sure why. 

Solid sterling silver round wiggly pendant (about 18mm).  Plated with 18k gold.  Five synthetic gemstones randomly cast-in-place.  One round CZ, two large deep pink oval sapphires, two lighter pink round sapphires. 

Hung on a sterling silver gold plated long link chain to about 22cm.
