Silver and lab grown sapphires disc pendant
Heavily textured disc, 13mm round and up to 3mm thick. Cast-not-set with nine lab grown sapphires in various sizes, shapes and colours.
Strung on a silver chain length 22.5cm (drop does not include pendant itself).
