Donut - Silver orb plus lab grown sapphires on hoop earring

Full and round and curved.  These little orbs contain bumps and texture and interesting undulations.  6mm x 2mm.  

Nine multi-coloured gemstones in various shapes and sizes have been cast-not-set into the metal.
