Earth - Silver and synthetic sapphire band ring

Slim band (2mm) round, with five round protrusions (2mmish high) on the top, flush set with 2mm round sapphires,  in various earth tones.  

There is some nice texture remaining on the band plus the stones are not in a completely straight line.  

Inner diameter is 15mm so a NZ size H - I
