Large silver 'donut' is 19mm x 18mm (not perfectly round) x 2.5mm.
In contains three yellow and three blue synthetic sapphires, in various sizes and shapes, cast-not-set into the metal itself.
Free strung onto a silver chain to the length of your choice.
