Silver and synthetic sapphires in random settings where the metal is free to do as it will.  This is part of the charm of the cast-not-set metal smithing process which I adore.  

Truly unique and utterly impossible to repeat.  Each pendant is about 1.5cm long and comes on a silver chain.
