12mm x 10mm x 2mm thick curved circle with hole in the middle.  Solid silver. 

7 synthetic green emeralds on both sides.  Different sizes and shapes.  On one side a stone has fallen away to reveal the underside of two stones which makes this pendant even more interesting. 

Hung on a fine oval link silver chain to the length of your choosing.
