Carol - Sterling silver and CZ cross pendant necklace

I've called this one 'Carol' because it's a cross and it's Christmas soon (get it?).  

The round, organic rods show the texture from the casting.  And are uneven to promote movement.  

I have set the 3mm clear diamond-cut cubic zirconia in the centre which actually works for me.  Structure verses fluidity. 

2.5cm h x 1.1cm w x 0.3mm thick.  Approx. 4gm of solid sterling silver. 

Hung on a fine oval sterling silver chain that has been oxidised.  Again, I like the contrast between the silver and the black.  Chain hangs to about 22cm long.
