Solid silver dome ring (7.4gm) with large (7x5mm) light blue moissanite cast-not-set into the top. 

Smooth and polished on the inside 18.4mm inner diameter, size NZ Q.  

Stippled texture on outside of ring gives it a matt brushed effect. 

Top of dome is proud by 4.6mm wide and at the base of the band it is 2.3mm wide. 

The hero stone is slightly offer centre which makes no difference when it is on the finger but I will adjust the price to recognise this.
