Tell Me About it - Silver and synthetic sapphire studs

9ish mm round by 2ish mm thick.  Silver with 7 x gemstones cast-not-set into place.  

Different colours, sizes and shapes makes these studs a wee bit out of the ordinary.  

Just under 1cm long post 0.8mm round.  Plus two silver butterfly clips.
