Valentines - Silver & lab grown sapphires pendant necklace

All are the same size about 11mm long (not counting the top jump ring) and 9mm wide and 4mm thick.  A lovely substantial pendant (about 3.5gm total weight).  

All have a textured face with a smooth back.  All have five to six sapphires scattered on the surface or sides.  Various sizes and tones of each.  Ranging from light pink, hot pink, purple and clear round gemstones.  

They are each hung on different silver chains 22cm long.
