Buds - Oxidised silver, sapphire & moissanite ring

This piece is built slowly, intuitively — the form first, then the stones placed with intention. Four gemstones sit along the crest of the ring, each one nestled into the surface rather than dictated by symmetry. It’s a balance between control and instinct — placed, but still organic.

The silver is textured and raw, marked by the making. Oxidation settles into every hollow and ridge, deepening the contrast so the stones lift quietly into view — soft flashes of light against a darker, grounded surface.

It feels like something formed over time rather than designed all at once.
