Three charms in sterling silver and synthetic sapphires which have been cast-not-set into the metal.  Plus three silver spacer beads. 

One half circle, one circle, one elongated shape.  18 gemstones in all.  Blue, yellow, clear, orange, cognac and brown colourway.
